Instructions to Presenters Registration
opens at the Bio21 Institute at 8.30 a.m. July 2 and 3, 2010. After
registering, can speakers for the morning sessions please proceed into the
seminar room to load up presentations. If you are attending the GIM
Symposium, you may wish to check your Powerpoint files for compatibility and
presentation at the speakers’ facilities provided at that venue. Speakers
in the afternoon session should proceed to the seminar room 15 min prior to
session commencement to load up their presentations. The
poster session is scheduled during the afternoon break: can all poster
presenters put up their posters prior to 3 p.m. (assistance for this will be at
the registration desk) and be available during the afternoon break for
discussion. |
