To
prepare you abstract, copy the template below and drop into a “Word” page.
When you have finalized your text, please e-mail this to margaret@margaretbritz.com,
indicating if this is aimed at an oral or poster presentation. This template can be used to create an abstract for
presentations at the 7th International Symposium on Industrial Microbiology
& Biotechnology A.N. Author, A.N. Other and T.H.E. Presenting-Authora aThe Affiliation of Each Author,
with Department, Institute, University, City, Zip Code and Country following E-mail:
thepresentingauthor@appropriate.address The abstract should be styled as in this template.
The heading is in 14 point Calibri font, and the rest of the text in 12
point Calibri. The affiliation of
the authors should be clear, with sufficient detail in the address to allow
contact. Please do not forget the
e-mail address. The abstract text
should be indented for each paragraph and the line spacing set at 1.5.
Although there no word limit, please try to limit your abstract to one A4
page. The abstracts will be available electronically with the inclusion of the
program and contact details of attendees. If
abstracts arrive in time, these will be incorporated into an abstract book for
the meeting. If references are used, use J. Bacteriol. style – numbered in the text,
and listed numerically by alphabetical order following the main text.
This can be in a separate section entitled “References”.
